Hello everyone
Nick, our new classmate, who had just been admitted into our school had an eye problem - he wre glasses due to myopia which made it hrd for him to see distant ibjects.
The interclass competirion was yet to take place and Nick the new entry student was also selected to the surprise of both him and the class.
Feeling doubtful about participating. He knew he hadn't had time to catch up on the lessons, having just resumed in the middle of the term with lots of notes to cover. So Nick thought of quiting but the teacher had made up his mind about his decisions coupled with the misconceprion he had about people who wore glasses and how intelligent they are.
Unfortunately, their class lost the competition. The opposing teacher made a remark, "Such a stereotypw to think that all people who wear glasses are extraordinarily smart."
