Hello everyone
Tim had just been baptized into the into the church and was eager to dive into his newfound faith. As a new Christian, he was enthusiastic about serving in nunerous capcities. He signed up for the media department, joined the choir, he also requested to function in the evangelism unit.
While his zeal was admirable, the other members began to notice that Tim was overextending himself. It seemed likehe was spinning too many plates, trying handle responsibilities in almost every department at once. The church members realised that this approach wouldn't work in the long run, as the church was designed for everyone to function together as a body, not just one person carrying the load..

When the pastor noticed Tim's overwhelming schedule, he sat him down and gently advised him to prioritize. Tim he said " you're trying to do too much at once. You can't effectively serve in the media department, choreograph for the choir, and particpate in evangelism all at once. It's going to affect your performance and your growth. Why don't you focus on a few areas that you're passuonate about, rather than trying to do everything."
Tim took the pastor's words to heart and began to streamline his commitments.
Thanks for reading.
