Masturbation is not just pleasure. It is deeper than a habit, it is actually a spirit.

🗝Masturbation is spiritual intercourse. You might just think you’re alone, but in the realm of the spirit, it is never a solo act. There is always an image in your mind and that image becomes the partner. The act itself is an invitation for a spirit to join in.
This is why it’s addictive, it drains you. That’s why it leaves you feeling empty, guilty, and disconnected from God, because it’s not just your body at play, it’s your soul being tied.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:16, “He who joins himself with a harlot becomes one body with her.” Masturbation makes you join yourself with a spirit of lust — and that spirit does not leave easily.
The spirit behind masturbation works in three dangerous ways:
📌 It weakens your altar. After each act, prayer becomes hard, worship feels dry, and guilt builds a wall between you and God.
📌 It plants images. Lust lives on pictures, fantasies, and imaginations — making it harder for you to see people as souls, rather than objects.
📌 It feeds addiction, the more you do it, the more it demands. What was satisfying yesterday eventually become weak today. It always wants more.
But here’s the truth, Masturbation is not unbeatable. The same way it is a spirit, freedom too is a Spirit which is the Holy Spirit. Where lust drains, the Spirit fills. Where shame binds, the Spirit liberates.
How to break free:
● Starve the images: cut off content, movies, and social media that trigger you.
● Build your altar: fast, pray, worship, and let the Word wash your mind daily.
● Expose it to light: confess it to God and a trusted accountability partner.
● Speak deliverance: declare out loud — “My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Lust has no place here.”
Know this!... masturbation is not just a secret sin, It is a spiritual trap. But then, you are not trapped forever. In Christ, you carry power to break every chain.
