Thea's first roommate had snored like a chainsaw. Punctuated by the sounds of a chainsaw taking a ride on a freight train. It was awful, happened for at least 6 hours every night and absolutely impossible to sleep through.
Her second roommate was protesting against
‘Big Cleanliness’ or something. She had the most convoluted reasons why never bathing or doing laundry would save the planet if only more people would join in.
The third and last roommate made her miss those other two sorely. Every night she would sharpen her massive collection of knives with a smile as she recounted all the ways each blade could kill a man, quickly or slowly.
Maybe it was just the dorm. Or maybe college wasn't for Thea after all.
I usually get these written much earlier in the day but I only just got the time to think about the prompt properly. I am pretty sleepy though so I'm almost certain I'll find an error right after I hit ‘post’.
