I never imagined breathing could be so uniquely personal. I thought this was just something everyone does with the exact same pattern. I mean come to think of it, it's the normal assumption anyone would make.
But I have just learned reading a research article that our nasal breathing patterns are as identifiable as fingerprints. Yep, you heard dme correctly, it's as unique as your fingerprint.
It is tracked with 97% accuracy. That means that in a case were we need to identify someone based on their breathing pattern, it's actually workable. The breathing pattern reflects our mood, our health and even our sleep anxiety.
Speaking of sleep anxiety I had that last year and it got to a point I thought I was going to end up like Micheal Jackson and die because I can't sleep. But anyways it was anxiety that caused me to lose sleep and I was able to recover from that. So there's information to get from the state and we'll being of a person just form their breathing pattern.
I read this and guess what I did next, I placed my finger across my nose and did same to my little sister. I noticed that the patterns was a bit different but I'm still trying to figure out exactly how different it would be for millions of people.
This goes further to show just how unique each individual truly is. We are all made special and wether our source is God or not, we can agree on the fact that human beings are some of the most mysterious and powerful things in the known universe.
