My mom brought one of those cool coffee machines on one of her recent trips, and we ended up replacing it with the old one. We buy the coffee beans from a friend and then do the rest of the process ourselves—no fancy technology involved. It feels good, although I must admit it takes more time, but it’s a routine that I, at least, enjoy. Pods make hard this routine 😅
