I watched this anime back when it was airing and didn't like it at all. I tried to figure out why everyone liked the main character so much, but I never got a reason. What is known is that he is someone without power who only uses magical relics to pretend to be powerful. He doesn't think logically, he is driven by his selfish desires, he gets into debt, he gets his friends into trouble, etc. Not to mention the constant fanservice, the sexualization of the female characters, the typical clichés of the protagonist with his harem of women, etc.

Honestly, if I had to talk about this anime it would be to put it in a top of the worst fantasy genre that I've seen so far. But hey, that's just my opinion.
