Yes, these have their price.
We moved to this area (a bit inland) a few months ago as the place where we lived before (on the coast) became unaffordable for us π . Just an example, the 60-something square meter apartment we lived in until now was sold for the price some of these houses can have, maybe the more modest ones, but still! π€·ββ
