Looks like a beautiful new church! The facing east is a long held tradition in Christianity, that's why we bury our deceased loved ones with the head to the west and feet to east to raise up in the resurrection to face east at the second coming! But the east facing churches are rule, great topic though, many people don't realize the reasoning behind it @silversaver888 !

There is so much to learn, @thebighigg. I myself learned that it is a tradition for churches to face east much later in life.
