Hello Wednesday walkers.
We did a Tuesday walk in the city of Utrecht yesterday. We have some visitors over from Spain and I wanted to show them the city of Utrecht. There was a thick fog hanging in the air all day and the evening was very cool to see the fog and the lights of the city.
It started out with a nice blue hour. People bicycling from there work to home.
I took all these pictures with my mobile phone. The shutter is a bit longer as you see in this picture. the bike is nice and blur.
This big colorful art piece is hanging above the entrance of the city library. There is a bicycle parking underneath the library but still there are hundreds of bikes parked at this square.
The bar's on this square are nicely light up. It looks very cozy, people sitting with a blanket over their legs underneath a terrace heater.
the dark has sat in and the lights and fog makes it very moody in the city.
Christmas decorations are still hanging in the streets. That's very good in these dark winter day's.
Shop lights illuminate the streets and cast nice shadows.
Last minute shoppers are wondering around the city center.
Pretty reflections of the lights in the canals.
This is the view we had when we were waiting at the bus stop for the bus to go home.
