One Last Stroll While House and Cat Sitting

in Wednesday Walk6 hours ago

Today I went for my last #wednesdaywalk initiated by @tattoodjay while house and cat sitting for a friend. It will be the last time I'll go along these paths before going home.

As I walked, I could see the village church in the distance. It stood above the trees and was a familiar sight on my walks. It looked especially nice in the sunshine.

The weather had been mixed, with the odd shower over the last few days, but the sun was shining again this afternoon. Everything looked lovely and green after the rain. The fields, hedges and grass all seemed very fresh.

I stopped for a moment to watch a bee on some cow parsley by the side of the path. It moved from flower to flower, busy collecting pollen.

One thing I have enjoyed during my stay is exploring different walks in a new area. It has been nice to follow unfamiliar paths and see places I would not normally visit. Each walk has given me something different to look at and has made a pleasant change, especially the village parks and the local canal. The cat has been good company, and this final walk was a good way to end my stay.

My gosh, all I see is beautiful green, a calming color that will surely ease up tensions and stress. Its so beautiful in there, thats the kind of place I want to stroll especially if I can see different kind of plants in the place. Its sad that this'll be the last time you'll have your walk there.

Thank you @ruffatotmeee. I'm lucky that I live in a similar looking area.
