This is a very luxurious Resort and Casino in Cebu. It's been 5 years since I've been to Cebu. I can only imagine how huge the place is. The architectural design of some restaurants and that painting are stunning. Hopefully, I will have a chance to stroll there if I can go back to my second home. I hope you had a wonderful time.

        Good day! Yes, it is luxurious, looks very different from other buildings especially the interior part. We only walked around small part of the total area, we had limited access heheh.. This area is open for anybody, so yes, when you visit Cebu again, you can see this place too. By the way, they offer free shuttle at some pick-up and drop-off points in the city.
