A simple moment during my walk

Salam guys. I hope you all are fine. I am fine too. I have started going for evening walks quite frequently now. I am trying to stay as fit as I can these days. The plan is clear as I want to stay young for a while.

I have been a bit disturbed lately because of some personal issues. The situation is quite helpless to be honest with you and I have been stressing out on how things have turned out to be.

During my walk, I was totally consumed in overthinking about everything related to that. It was this moment when I looked up at the sky and saw this bird flying freely in the sky. This made me stop there. I quickly opened my phone and took these pictures. My heart became very light and so did my head.

I realized how freely the bird was flying. It had no issues, no pressures of the society or family. It is totally soaked in enjoying the cold breeze touching its feathers.

This little moment felt so big that my head became very clear. It was chaotic one minute and the next minute, it all felt sorted. I felt that I should be more present and worry about whats now and not about what is to happen tomorrow because I have no control over that.

Thank you guys for your time and support. It means a lot to me. Do share your views and thoughts in the comments section below so that we can learn and grow together. Take care and have a great day ahead. Do not forget to follow my account for more such content.

Ps. The pictures are mine taken with my Google pixel 5 and edited using adobe Literoom app.

Sorry about the worrying issues my friend but I should say that this is part of life. Sometimes it feels like one is drowning in issues and challenges and the next moment, nothing.

Going for a walk helps to clear the mind, so do it often. Alo remember to take things slowly.

This is such a sweet comment coming from you my friend. Thanks.

How have you been?

I have been good, thanks.

Hope you are good too?
