Yesterday’s run didn’t happen at the usual early hour—it was a bit later in the day, and definitely at a slower pace. But what matters is that I still showed up and got the steps in. It wasn’t about pushing hard or breaking records; it was more about maintaining the habit and moving my body despite not feeling 100%.
Lately, my energy’s been low—not just from physical activity but from other stressors that have been piling up outside of trading. Despite that, the systems I’ve put in place seem to be holding up well. Revenue and volume continue to track above target, which is reassuring given how little I’ve actively managed things the last couple of days. It’s a solid reminder that building sustainable setups pays off when life throws curveballs. I’ll catch up on the details soon, but for now, I’m grateful things are still running smoothly in the background.
