Yeah exactly, it doesn't seem to be getting any better just more expensive.

Still we supported our daughter and still had a good family time over it.

We learned a lesson here, honestly it is annoying spending that money, especially as i am a trained chef by trade and my wife is an excellent cook anyway.

We could have done much more and better for a lot less to be honest.

At least we didn't have any dishes or clean up to do after. 🤣
