HOLIDAYS ARE THERAPEUTIC, AN OPPORTUNITY TO REBUILD AND GLOW UP.

Holidays are therapeutic, everyone wants more holidays for relaxation of the mind, physical body and heal from breakouts and stress.
I haven't seen a person that dislikes holidays, I and my colleague anticipate for holidays often, because everyone wants a time to relax, spend time with family, sleep and do everything they desire.
I was on holiday just last month and I had the best rest , enough time for family, business and other activities.

Before I went for my last holiday at work, I was looking so stressed, tired and exhausted, it wasn't just me but everyother staff, we really needed a break from work.
At some point during the last days, waking up and preparing for work was really annoying, I had an old hair on and I wasn't willing to loose it, I was busy hurrying my colleagues to summarize their jobs, we spent hours summarizing a two days job because we wanted to start our long holiday and rest.
Workers love and appreciate holiday, so holidays are highly appreciated .
Holidays make staffs happy, give them a chance to take care of themselves and their look, an opportunity to visit family and friends and also acquire skills.

After the holiday everyone came back looking fresh and fully charged to keep working, holidays can be really motivating to staffs and make work really productive and boost morale.
Holidays are opportunities to learn more, to execute task at your will , focus on your business and many other things.

Holidays have a way of recharging a person fully, giving you 100% strength to resume work again, just weekend holiday rebuilds my energy for the next week, holidays are important for proper work balance, rebuilding of lost energy and and have enough time to be productive in other aspects of your life.
I wouldn't take a job that doesn't honor holidays or give their staffs time to stay off work and focus on family, because waking up every day to work, same routine, and lack of rest can be very detrimental to our mental and physical health.
Holidays are very necessary and appreciated.

Holidays have advantages and also it disadvantages, going for holidays constantly could lead to less productivity , laziness and accommodation of work. For example, parents who pay for their children in school, won't appreciate constant holidays, because it would lead to less productivity and make learning slow for kids.
Just imagine paying school fees and your child keeps telling you it's public holiday daily, when we already have weekends.
During the holiday most parents got their children occupied, with skills and extra moral lessons just to make them more productive and occupied.
Nigeria has less than fifteen official holidays in a year, other holidays could come base on your kind of job or occupation.

Considering my job , I would really appreciate more holidays in my country ,but the parents I work for won't appreciate it , because they pay for the knowledge their kids acquire.
On a serious note, I don't want to be going to work daily ,so I appreciate every holiday and my weekends, because it's a chance to achieve alot, rest and glow up.
Constant holidays would definitely affect the countries economy and even our personal bank accounts because nobody pays you for not going to work here, you get paid when you work here.
Holidays are good, but there should be a balance to avoid less productivity and stagnation at work.
