Good decision. The first university doesn't deserve you; they've shown bad behavior and will not treat you well. It sounds like they are only after their own interests, not focused on student development. 👍

        Exactly that's what I see.
        People are mad if they take admissions in such universities where the interest rate of authorities in money is more than education.
