You're a pale skin from Latin America! I was always a gringo in South America, I was used to it! When I was in southern Argentina and Chile that wasn't always the case as a lot of fair skinned population live there from the Europeans escaping the war in the 1940's. Oddly in Puerto Rico there is a fairly large blonde population, not exactly sure why but one of my girlfriends there was blonder than most blondes in the states or Canada!
