The better solution is to change people´s consume behavior. Most of the stuff is not needed. Vacation in the own country is enough, nobody needs to fly around in the world. Not all need to live in expensive cities, why not build a house on the countryside, where the relatives reside and try to find a remote job. Many people spend their money on completely useless items, fashion, brands, expensive cars,... But to realize this, it requires a change of mindset and of values. If children are of value, they should also be priority!
