One paramount basic facility

Infrastructures are the basic facilities, services and installations that are needed for the functioning of a community or society. Every citizen of a country should have the right to enjoy it.
I can say we're lacking almost all the infrastructures that needs to be provided, I'm not even trying to over emphasize anything here, but it's just the truth, anyone in Nigeria would be able to relate to this, which sector exactly can we say is good, is it healthcare, education, transportation, water, electricity, etc, we still lack most of this things even though we should be enjoying them.

A protest just started today, 1st of August, a protest against bad governance, if we're enjoying this basic facilities and services there won't be any need to protest, but we're seriously lacking this things, hence we need to speak up to get the change we need.
However, one of the painful part is that, it's not as if my country is not blessed, we're rich and our land is flowing with milk and honey but some greedy people are the ones messing things up, they keep packing the money to enjoy it all alone without considering the well-being of the citizens.

It's a pity that some people that also needs to speak up can't, because they've collected rice and money before now. I can't even imagine it, seeing people that are suffering in this same country maybe after collecting some amount of money from the government, coming out to say the people should not protest, they should not make their request known? This is how they sell their future and that of their generation because of some chicken change.

People are really suffering, hunger is in the land, things are very expensive and it's not even about being rich that Nigeria won't happen to you, no matter your status, Nigeria will still touch you in one way or the other, a good example is the recent case between the richest man in Africa and the government, the man nearly cried during the interview, now if the richest man in Africa can be seeing hell from the government, what's the fate of the common man.
I can't see the infrastructure we're fully enjoying in Nigeria, the money generated from crude oil and other natural resources alone is enough to cater for this basic facilities but some greedy people are the ones enjoying everything.

Anyways, one important infrastructure I think the government should look into is the healthcare system, the sound health of people is paramount, people should have access to good healthcare facilities and also try as much to possible to make the bills affordable for an average citizen. Few weeks ago, I followed someone to the General hospital and I was shocked to hear the price of things there, the difference is not much compared to private hospitals.
Hospitals that they themselves can't go for treatment because the facilities there are not up to standard, they run abroad for treatment but leaving the average citizen to suffer. Meanwhile they promised us all this things in their campaign but now reverse is the case, the government really needs to do better.

It's such a a pitiable condition, but we can't lose hope. God will intervene someday soon, I believe. The hospitals are something else. What pains me most is when they refuse to save live if a huge deposit is not made. And the families of those ones, many are not there to help. I still believe Government should make healthcare free no matter the serious health case.

Yeah they do that one too, no matter how critical the case of that patient can be, they won't help if there's no deposit, it's just not good enough.
God will help our country.

Amen, our country needs divine intervention

Thanks
