If i think it deeply, i dont see it wrong when the person is qualified, even when the person is not the best choice on paper, sometimes, you dont know until you know, how are you certain that the person you pick will perform better even with the right compensation compared to picking someone you know, at least when the Nepo messes up, you know it is your mess..😁
