Some people have their rules when it comes to business — in business, no mercy for even families. Business is business to them. They are always strict to handling their business when it comes to families because if one isn't careful, till the business crashes all in the name of he is my brother, she is my family, everything would get ruined.

Rules or not, some obstinate family members will do wrong in business. When it's time for accountability, they will run to the head of the family or a respected elder to plead on their behalf. Some people are that silly.

Funny thing is that I have seen this happen, they can be so manipulative. You hear that particular uncle of mine say he's hated by everyone, when they refuse to forgive him or plead on his behalf.
