I don’t think apology video is necessary because one cannot vividly tell if it’s genuine or not. I believe when you make an apology no matter the means, it must show on you and not repeating such again but nowadays, some people’s apology isn’t real, they just put up an act and that is it. It doesn’t make them stop what they did in their first instance.

        I agree with you, Princess. However, Public apology videos can be meaningful if the harm was done in the public eye.
