This is Another Creative Sunday, and for Today's Edition of HL Creative-Sunday I will be Singing a Worship song, Titled: I surrender by Hillsong
I just came back from church today and the atmosphere of the service today was so on fire, seeing another wonderful day and just being in the presence of my maker is a big privilege, I was thinking deeply of what to present in today's creative Sunday, I couldn't think of any other song than this particular song that had been resonating in my heart, I surrender by Hillsong , there was another version of the song which featured the Gospel singer Lauren Duagle.
The song "I surrender" is a song of total surrender to the will of God, a sacrifice and a call to service.
To surrender means to give up your power or will to do something to submit to another person. In this context it means total submission to the will of God, to do all God has commanded us. To present ourselves as a living Sacrifice. This goes deeper than just leaving out part of us, surrendering to the will of the Holy spirit means giving God Your all: your Time, your finance, your everything.
Giving God your all means you respect God, it means you Fear him, it means you Love Him and this is the true worship.
I chose this song because it speaks to my very soul, it's a call to worship and a song of surrender to the Direction of God .
