This makes a lot of sense. Privatization can make things work better, but in Nigeria, it mostly makes things more expensive. Look at electricity, after it was privatized, we still don’t have steady power, and the prices keep going up. If roads and water were also privatized, only rich people might afford them. Basic things like water should be for everyone, not just those who can pay more.
