You got lucky that you delayed in making a decision regarding the shop, it saved you from a bad outcome that could occur.

Nice steps you shared, they are not far from what I do too. We always pray that our decisions will turn out good for us.

        Honestly am lucky, if not it could have ended in regrets, I won't even have peace of mind running a business where arm robbers visit frequently.
