RE: Beyond Our Phones: Maintaining Physical Connection in a Digital World

in Hive Learners4 months ago

Beautiful 😍.
That balance is what is definitely needed. I became friends with a lady just recently, we've been neighbors for a while, but she's always the indoor and"I don't want any friends" type, she's always glued to her phone. Well, it happened that she fell ill, it was very serious, at the end of the day, it was I and one other lady who helped her out and took her to the hospital while taking care of the mess in her room.

So, it's always good to have some physical connections/relationships at times, cause at the end of the day if anything were to happen those that are present physically would be the first to get to you.

Thanks for sharing.

Yea, it's very essential to keep a good relationship with people physically present, especially your neighbors and collegues, because nobody knows what can happen and they will be your only source of help.

You are such a good neighbor, it's really good you took care of her, regardless of the fact that she's always glued to her phone, and not a friendly neighbor.

Thanks for stopping by, Dave 🥰

Exactly 💯..
Thanks for having same point of view, online connections is good, even still, we shouldn't do away with physical connections.

Abi naw, we can't just watch her or act based on her own attitudes too 🤞..

Very much welcome 🤗
