You’ve made really good points and just the perfect scenarios. When it comes to crimes that are justifiable, one thing we should consider is, has this person ever done something like this before? If no then it is obvious that there is more to the story that needs to be unveiled.

While this is a valid point, it doesn't work every day. You know there is always a first time for everything. Just because they haven't committed crimes before doesn't mean there is more to the story. While it is a valid point, it doesn't work every time.
