I think it's good that you are not anxious and it hasn't been too long since I entered crypto. I hope to have an outlook similar to yours in the future. The tokens will a lot of hype tend to be the most dangerous though and I try to avoid them. Solana doesn't seem like a chain I want to deal with after the SBF/FTX involvement in the past.

That's always a great indicator... When I hear about some token for the first time from someone who isn't in crypto, I know that it's a scam with a lot of hype... 😃
And regarding SOL, I wasn't a big fan, but nowadays, I have a different look about it... SBF was a cancer of a healthy and quality chain... Cancer is successfully removed, and the SOL life can continue... :)
