Well said, although I will love it to be personal that is; when do exceptionally well than the last time they performed, I believe then the reward will be based on growth rather than just being first, to be first will require a lot of effort which might make them result to unhanded means and possibly make them attention seekers, out of competitiveness student might miss the aim of education and their by resulting to less growth and more cramming or examination malpractice instead of personal growth and fulfilling passion. That's what I think, I will love to hear from you more.
