In my humble opinion, citizens should have access to all informations that will or is currently affecting their way of life, aside strategies to combat them which should only be shared when it's done already and should be discussed extensively by the arms of government, that's all in that regards.

Information is power and as such it should be guided properly to not put the masses into mayhem
