Not all bosses would train their staff. Some of them will think you will Japa with the knowledge the next time you find another company that is paying better, I commend your boss for having faith in you.

        Yeah, I need that grace to write often here, she just complimented my painting😍 now I feel shy thank you so much for the nice compliment. My boss has faith in me, I think he just wants everyone around him to be great.
