Your text also reminded me about my bank in brazil! Every problem in my account I used to need to go there it was so depressing to be in these queues with a waiting number …

        Waiting in line ca always be annoying, but this was during the Covid era. Now, thanks to mobile banking, less people have reason to go to the banks. So, when you get there, we have less crowds and no more queues.
