We all need some time for ourselves. Traveling indeed a good option and lose to nature we are able to heal ourselves more efficiently. The mental fatigue is common now days the hectic life style and less physical activity are also some major reason for same. We are more social on virtual world but in real life we are lacking.

I think traveling is a preferred way of escape for many people, it helps a lot to break free from the stressful routine.
