I loved the narration about doctor, nurses and germs, could make for a short film.

I also get the explanation about the unwanted attitudes a nurse may exhibit at times, it's understandable afterall we are all humans. Which reminds me that the name "patient" came from the early days of medical practice whereby a doctor kept telling those waiting to be seen "be patient". He says it repeatedly and it wears him out so he shortens it to "patient".😁
Some patients are not aware of this and won't exhibit patience, lol.
