I don't think I would have been able able to hold it together like you did, I would rather prefer avoiding the person for the rest of my life because what is the point of being extremely kind to someone that doesn't appreciate it, instead she still went ahead to badmouth you.

        I tried to avoid her many times, but it's difficult to do that when working in the same environment. It really took a lot of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with this situation.
