Truly money does make it a lot easier to afford things that would enable us to maintain proper hygienic environment and lifestyle but then, I have seen some people who are wealthy and still doesn't maintain a good proper hygiene and I have seen some poor people, despite their predicament they still manage to maintain cleanliness with the little they have. I believe hygiene is a personality or habit and wealth is just an enhancer.
