It might look and come easy for Mr A might be a very difficult thing for Mr B to do.
All hands are not equal.

I just advise strongly for everyone to study our weak aspect and work on it too.

No man is an island all by his self
We should be open to learn at all cost and also give space for growth too

Yeah, we should also study that which we're weak in, but as well make sure that it doesn't draw us back. That is very important.
