I am pleased to join the Creative Sunday initiative to share with you a tempting recipe: delicious banana pancakes with walnuts. In this mix of flavors, this combination between the softness of the banana and the crunchy touch of the walnuts is perfect for sharing a really nutritious dinner.
Without further ado, here are the ingredients and the step-by-step:
-2 ripe bananas
-1 cup wheat flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 pinch of salt
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 cup milk
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-6 tablespoons sugar
-1/2 cup walnuts
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-Butter to grease the frying pan
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝕊𝕖𝕡𝕥 𝕓𝕪 𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕡:
- In a container, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix these dry ingredients well.
- In another container add the mashed bananas, beat the eggs and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and pour in the milk. We mix everything until we obtain a smooth dough, at which time we add the sugar.
- Add the vanilla
- Incorporate the crushed walnuts into the mixture very well until perfectly combined.
Place a frying pan on the stove over medium heat and grease with butter; let it heat up.
Next, pour portions of dough with a ladle, form the pancakes, cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process of the previous step until all the dough is used. Serve the chocobanana nut pancakes warm.
