Yes, i want to try to avoid them...i already take anticoagulants, so didn't want to overabuse of my liver...probably I would need to stop drinking wine lol
I only drink in the weekends but difficult to keep in one glass lol but for sure maximum one bottle for weekend 😹 yeah read wine usually ! I drink white but not a lot… probably buy 1 or 2 bottles of white wine per year maximum
