the federal government and authorities in charge should consider making it optional for graduates who may have no interest.

One can decide to get an exemption letter if he/she is uninterested and still within the age range. I have someone who skipped service and was within the age range.

Even while it's compulsory you fit still skip am and go for exemption letter

        Skipping is possible, I know. But sometimes, it can get tricky, especially when your age is a lottle distance from the stated exemption bracket.
