Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog something about the TIP. As we all are going to hotels or restaurant to eat the food with the family. As after eating the food we need to pay the bill and after paying the bill if we are impress with the service by some person or he is working hard to earn money, and we are giving him some extra money beyond from the bill is what the TIP is. So we will talk about this in today's blog that it should be given every time or not, and also let me share my thoughts and experience in today's blog. Let's go ahead:-
Firstly as we are entering into the hotel every waiter will treat you wit lot of respect and love as their work is this but still its something unconditional. After that they will take your order and try to prepare your food very fast and they will give you all the things into the hand you want at just sitting on the table. Does this sound unfair who will do this for you in free? As even they are getting monthly salary but still who will do. They are doing for money and trying to give all the comfortable facility to their customer. So doesn't they deserve a small amount of TIP. And not every person or people who are coming and eating will not give them tip. But if some of the people will give they become very happy. And when a bill is coming on the table you can also give a small amount to them.
I am not telling that you should give each and every staff over there, but the one who is working on your table and bringing all your ordered food, you can give them they will be very happy. As when ever me and my family members are going we are always giving them a small amount of tip which also boost their confidence to their work and generates more interest to do the work with full potential.
As I think everyone is not going to restaurant every single day we are going very randomly so this is also the plus point, when ever you visit any place to eat food. There you can give a small amount of tip. And mainly I also think that sometimes it also depend on the waiters character if he is not much good enough then it's not compulsory to give. Give only to them whom you like the nature and working for your table, but give every single time you go. My family members are also keeping all this things in mind and I am just sharing the experience what I have seen from my eyes.
