I don't agree that working four days rather than the regular five would make anyone slavk in the job duties or even forget anything. To the best of my knowledge, that three days free time gives people much more time to do their other personal businesses and rest enough in order to be energized enough to resume duties.
As for the duration of hours, we both know that people are already spending far more time on the job than their agreement stipulates.
Whatever the case, if the four-day thing were to be implemented, employers should let their staff choose what works for them.
