If we really look at things, it's the state of the economy that's forcing people to reconsider the number of kids they want to have. But then, if we could afford it, will we also have a large number of kids as well?

It is difficult to have an answer for this, as the culture or environment in which the person lives can influence it. But, if the obstacle for people is only financial issues, they will have more freedom in choosing the number of children they can have. However, I also believe that today people are more focused on their professional career and have little free time to dedicate themselves to a family, so that also has a big influence. Well, there are a lot of points and a difficult answer!
