This is a very interesting take. I like how you are able to look at things from both sides. I am very huge supporter of organ donation because I do believe it helps humanity but I also do understand people have their reservations about it.

I think the tips you have are very operational and could work. Incentives can be put in place to encourage people and laws also to control people. I watched a YouTube Shorts where a doctor wanted another doctor to pronounce a person dead because he needed the organs for another patient. Thank God the other doctor was patient and re-ran the test. The patient actually responded and was able to be saved.
