Hello everyone
I hope you all are doing fine. I also hope that many of you people are familiar with the statement that Ups and downs are part of this life. Well, ups are ok but what happens when the downs part is going on? A person face kind of problems in that part that is why it is said as downs part. Right? But Here is a thing which i want to shed light on... There are some problems which are created through situations despite if it is the up or down part of your life going on.
You consider yourself a happy person and are fully satisfied with your life but sometimes you might misplace things or mismanage them, this problem might not be due to your financial or mental conditions but because of some situations which create it. Such problems are also annoying at times and i also have one to share with you people.

faded due to problems
Many of you might be aware that i am a university student and far away from home living in my hostel.Time management and stress as a result, is the major problem I am facing these days. I have always felt that there isn't enough time in the day. Being a boarder, I have to do everything by my own like washing clothes, doing dishes, making breakfast and dinner, cleaning room, doing grocery etc. I find time insufficient to do all what I have to get through my day.
I am a student of English literature and linguistics semester. I have classes from 12pm to 5:30pm.When I come back from university, I have a complete and ordered schedule in my head on my way back to hostel, that I have to do all the stuff in certain time but I keep wasting my time because once I am in my cozy bed after such a hectic day, I find it so hard to get out of it.

trying to stand far away from problems
I have always failed to balance the stressful tasks of my life with things that are more mundane or simple for example washing clothes, doing dishes, cleaning my room, getting my bed done or going for a walk, I feel like these things can wait until later but before I realize it, the sun has set and everything remain undone.I keep wasting my time on social media, get nothing done though I have lots of goals and I spent most of my useful time idly there and hence my homework is always unfinished.
Poor time management practices have adverse effects on my mental health as it gives me a variety of stressors. Pending deadlines and unmet work makes me anxious. As this pressure keeps on pilling up, it leads to more distress and negative consequences. When my friends ask for my participation in any outing plan, I feel like how cam i hangout with my friends when I have such a lot of work undone and have not enough time. This dissatisfaction and life imbalance leads to depression, especially when I feel I never have any time off to relax or decompress.

So here you people can also say that problem begets problem. A problem never comes alone if not dealt on time it produces many others. Like this mismanagement of time creates depression and stress for me. I am feeling much relieved after sharing some of it here with you people and let's see if you got any relaxing suggestions for me or not. You are always welcome to say whatever you want. I always respond.
