I have seen very few shopkeepers who give you a seat to relax and give you cool air to enjoy and even give you breakfast. For the bad experience you had I would say that you should check the goods properly and when you bring the goods home then you must check them properly. Many times it happens that we are not able to check the goods properly in the shop but we must check them after coming home.
