Hello! Welcome to my blog and to PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography Round 126.
One of the perks about my job is that I'm always on the go, moving from one end of my city, Aba to the other. This offers me the opportunity to witness and capture interesting sights and sounds on the streets.
Few days ago, during a ride into town in a keke tricycle for a meetup with a client, we stopped at the traffic light at Brass Junction, a popular and busy location in my city. There I spotted these young men and women, stylishly dressed in the latest fashion trend. A look at their outfits and the camera crew spoke volumes. They seemed to be preparing for a fashion parade or show.
With their bold and funky styles, they were turning heads and drawing attention from passersby, including myself, lol. You know I love fascinating sights. 😂
Even these street urchins were not left out. You can see how they watched with rapt attention.
Intrigued, I wanted nothing more than to take photos of them. So when it was time for us to forward, I asked the driver to slow down to enable me capture a few photos. He kindly obliged and I quickly took these shots.
I'm grateful for the driver's kind cooperation and equally glad that I captured these photos to share with you, although they lack some professional touch. Well, I'm not one, just a photography enthusiast. 😅 I hope you'll like them.
Thank you for reading and viewing the photos.
