My uncle's wife was eating the coffee powder, I watched as she took the spoon to her mouth and savoured the powder like an exquisite delicacy.

That's a strange habit considering that doctors sometimes advise pregnant women not to drink coffee.
I thought maybe there was an outrageous outcome of the birth, but I'm glad that she was ok:)
