Did I read two or Three times a day? I can't try that anymore, I only take once since I nearly lost my life because of excessive caffeine that I got from coffee.

        If you read correctly, I only take it once a day and once in a while, when it provokes me to take it, and not out of necessity or anxiety as many people do, I'm glad you have recovered and are in better health.😉🙏
